PDSVISION announces new CEO and changes to the Board of Directors

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN – The PDSVISION Group (PDSVISION) has shown an extensive growth recent years and today holds a position as a global solution provider supporting our customers in their digitalization journeys.

To further stimulate the growth, PDSVISION today announces upcoming changes to the Management team and changes made to the Board of Directors.

New Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

PDSVISION’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mats Oretorp as the new Chief Executive Officer. Mats Oretorp is known within the IT sector due to his proven track record within the Dell organization where he undertook various senior leadership roles in Western/Central & Northern Europe. Mats will begin the role effective August 7, 2023.

I am honored to join PDSVISION as CEO and lead this experienced and committed global team. PDSVISION is on a growth journey where continuity is one of the key success factors. Therefore, I feel confident in the setup where I will work closely with the current CEO Johan Klingvall and the Board to realize PDSVISION´s strategies. In addition, I am committed to continue to foster the strong company culture empowering our talented individuals and delivering unparalleled value to our customers.

After an extensive search process, I´m excited to introduce our new Chief Executive Officer as a natural step in PDSVISION´s development and continuous growth. With Mats onboard we strengthen our experience from his operating larger global organizations from a strategic and management perspective. We strongly believe we have found a people´s person in Mats, a highly important capability leading our experienced and committed global team. Looking forward to work closely together with Mats and continue our journey.
