Boundary Systems joins PDSVISION
The PDSVISION Group invest in Boundary Systems
CLEVELAND, UNITED STATES – The PDSVISION Group AB has signed an agreement to acquire the majority stake in Boundary Systems Inc. from the current owners.
PDSVISION Group is a leading provider of products and services in the business areas CAD, PLM, SLM, IoT and CAE. The offer is based on PTC´s solutions Creo, Windchill, Arbortext and Thingworx, and ANSYS solutions for engineering and simulation together with proprietary software that streamlines usage of the above products. The PDSVISION Group also provides support, services and training with a strong focus on “best practices” in different disciplines, to be a complete supplier of all the different subsystems needed to support product development.
Before the investment into Boundary Systems, PDSVISION Group was active in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Germany and United Kingdom. With the investment the group now is also able to provide service to our customers in North America.
I am very happy to extend our services to our customers which in many cases have a global footprint and therefore the need for global suppliers that support them in their digitalization journey. We also see interesting synergies coming out of combining PDSVISION Groups and Boundary’s services to the market.
