Windchill MPMLink Part 3: Process Plans

Windchill MPMLink Part 3: Process Plans

In this MPMLink Part 3 we are now examining how we create Process Plan Documentation related to the mBOM and Resources that we configured in previous webinars.

With the digital Manufacturing Process Management (MPM) capabilities of Windchill MPMLink, manufacturers can develop both the product and the manufacturing process definition concurrently. This enables you to reduce product cost, improve accuracy of manufacturing deliverables, and shorten development cycle time while providing detailed information of what needs to be done on the shop floor to produce, inspect, repair, or maintain a given part or assembly.

Join us for Part 3 in series of webinars that will help us better understand the functions and benefits of creating Process Plans in Windchill.

Who is it for?

  • Design Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Shop Floor, Procurement.

What value do you get from attending?

  • Attendees will see how to create Process Plans within Windchill using MPMLink functionality. They will see how the different items from MPMLink and Windchill are used to create Process Plans and how they update when things change within the design.
