Overview

PDSVISION and Badgerland PTC User Group invite you to join the area group centered around PTC technology to be hosted at WCTC Main Campus (Waukesha County Technical College).

The event will involve several discussions and demonstrations on creative use cases for Creo and Windchill.

PDSVISION will be presenting the following:

Presentation #1: Room B – 10am

• Leveraging CAD in downstream processes with myPDS Search and Augmented Reality
• myPDS Search, a simplified user interface for Windchill, can be easily adapted for a specific site, department, or role. Michael Wimberly will demonstrate its ease of use and ability to find and export design packages and bill of materials. Jack Riely will also demonstrate how Augmented Reality (AR) can improve manufacturing processes. Jack will walk through common pain points in today’s manufacturing industry and cover ways AR can be used to solve those pain points

Presentation #2: Room C – 2pm

• GD&T Advisor, an application, aids in the creation and validation of GD&T. Michael will be demonstrating how it functions within the Creo environment and the way that it checks that the GD&T items conform properly to ASME Y14.5-2009 and ISO 2011:2012 standards.
