Home Ansys Fluent - Getting Started - Part 1
Fatigue is the most common cause of structural failure in parts subjected to repeated loadings.
During this concise course, you will learn about the fundamentals of fatigue and the methodologies which can be used to predict the number of cycles before failure occurs.
With the knowledge gained, you will be suitably equipped to design against fatigue failures.
Audience:
Any engineer involved in the design of structures subjected to cyclic loading, from small single parts to large fabricated structures.
Whether you are applying FEA results or hand calculations, the fatigue analysis methodologies covered in this course are applicable. For those undertaking FEA, we will cover some of the common pitfalls and specialist tools required when assessing the results.
This online course is split into 2 sessions over 2 consecutive days at approximately 3 hours each.
