FRIGOBLOCK had different challenges:

• Shortening lead times
• Shortening product modularization
• Shortening standardization
• Optimization of the collaboration between design and production

Results

PTC Creo Parametric plus Advanced Assembly and Piping & Cabling extensions were used. As a result, a reduction in production costs of ~10% was achieved. In addition, free capacities were created and an increase in innovation was achieved.

With the help of PTC Creo, we can now map our products completely digitally, optimize the product development process and therefore sustainably reduce manufacturing costs. We have achieved our goal of increasing quality and avoiding errors at an early stage. Through modularization and standardization, we reduce our lead times.
